New Container Terminal, Tibar Bay, Dili, Timor-Leste adopts two construction barges for parallel operation, equipped with 4 sets and 3 sets of double-lock pressure chamber bottom-feed vibroflotation equipment, respectively. The project features a maximum treated pile length of 35 meters and applies the RTK marine positioning system for accurate pile positioning. It is also fitted with a full-process automatic feeding system to realize automated material feeding control, together with a full-process automatic data recording system to ensure real-time construction quality monitoring.

The stratum is composed of interbedded coral rock, silt, medium-coarse sand, and gravel layers. With a designed pile diameter of 800 mm and a single-point vibroflotation depth up to 11.5 m, the construction adopts the dry vibroflotation method, with the BVE-12 excavator-mounted vibroflot put into operation.
