It perfectly adapts to global complex and extreme working conditions, including high-temperature hard rock, humid composite strata, and cold frozen soil. Featuring high precision, high efficiency, low fuel consumption, and stable continuous operation, the equipment achieves 100% acceptance rate in multiple benchmark projects, with comprehensive performance fully comparable to mainstream imported equipment.
The BVEM-H500 diaphragm wall grab serves Surat Metro. It tackles 10~15MPa strongly weathered rock below 19m, with a max trenching depth of 80m and 1000mm wall thickness onsite. A standard 35m panel takes around 22h, verticality ≤1‰ with a full acceptance pass. Fuel consumption is 22~24L/h for soil and 29~32L/h for rock, much more economical than imported models. Stable under 42~48℃ high temperature with low breakdown rate, it becomes key equipment for local diaphragm wall construction.

Fuel:21~23L/h(soil),28~31L/h(rock), more economical than imported grabs. Stable under -25℃ frigid weather, it is the core equipment for frozen ground construction.
