The project adopts patented BVEM vibroflotation equipment for foundation reinforcement. The treated composite foundation achieves a stable bearing capacity of 350 kPa, with total settlement strictly controlled within 50 mm and differential settlement no more than 50 mm, providing highly stable and reliable solid foundation support for strategic reserve facilities.

The foundation of the 50,000 ton oil storage tank was successfully improved by vibro-replacement stone columns. Supported by our complete set of matching vibroflot accessories, the construction runs smoothly with strong adaptability and firm, durable connections. The foundation bearing capacity has been doubled from 120 kPa to 240 kPa, providing a solid and reliable foundation guarantee for the project structure.

This reconstruction and reclamation project serves transit yards, container terminals, as well as Berths 27 and 28. Vibro-compaction was implemented to strengthen the hydraulically filled sandy foundation, covering a treated area of 21,800 ㎡ , with working depths ranging from 5 to 11 meters. Supported by our 150kW vibroflot and full set of matched accessories, the site successfully achieved the required foundation relative density of over 70%. Thanks to the reliable and high-efficiency performance of our equipment, the team effectively accelerated construction progress and cut down overall project expenses.

This project focuses on foundation reinforcement for road and bridge infrastructure, targeting loose sand layer treatment via the vibro-compaction method. We deployed 130kW vibroflot units along with complete supporting accessories on site. The compaction points were arranged in an equilateral triangle layout with 3.5m spacing, delivering an effective compaction depth of 7 meters across a total treatment area of 65,000 ㎡. Our stable and high-performance equipment ensured smooth and efficient field construction, delivering even sand compaction and greatly enhancing the overall foundation load-bearing capacity.
