This project is the third large -scale offshore bottom feed vibroflotation construction after the Hong Kong Artificial Island Project of the Hong Kong – Zhuhai – Macao Bridge and the Ashdod Port Project of Israel in the world. Our company has developed and manufactured the BJVE-DB400-180 complete set of bottom feed equipment, which is the core product for this construction project, successfully penetrating hard strata with SPT N-values of 50 blows. The offshore part adopted an automatic vibroflotation process and realized the whole process data recording of the vibroflotation construction.

The first vibroflotation project using the dry method of bottom feed vibroflotation technology in China. Marine treatment depth up to 30 meters, the first generation of dry method bottom feed vibroflot produced by our company completed the offshore construction of 46,000 vibroflot stone columns along the 6,296-meter seawall, with a total penetration of 1.1 million meters.
