Vibroflotation Questions

What is Vibroflotation?

Vibroflotation is a proven ground improvement method widely used in foundation engineering. It uses high-frequency vibration combined with water jetting to densify loose soils or form compacted stone columns in soft ground. This technology effectively increases bearing capacity, reduces settlement and enhances seismic resistance. With nearly 50 years of expertise, BVEM is a core global player in vibroflotation equipment manufacturing and technology application.

What is Vibro Compaction?

Vibro Compaction is a basic vibroflotation process, mainly suitable for loose sand and gravel layers. It uses the vibroflot’s vibration to rearrange and compact soil particles without adding extra fill materials. It delivers high efficiency for large-area ground reinforcement, commonly used in ports, airports and industrial yards.

What is Vibro Replacement?

Vibro Replacement is designed for soft soils like silt, mud and clay with low bearing capacity. The vibroflot penetrates soft ground, and crushed stone is backfilled and compacted to form solid stone columns. These columns combine with original soil to form a composite foundation, greatly improving bearing performance for buildings, bridges and large-scale developments.

How does a vibroflot work?

A vibroflot is the core equipment for vibroflotation. Driven by an electric or hydraulic motor, it generates stable high-frequency horizontal vibration via an eccentric weight. High-pressure water jets at the tip help penetrate soil quickly. For compaction, vibration densifies surrounding soil; for replacement, stone is compacted to form columns. It features durable structure, stable vibration and easy operation, adapting to various complex working conditions.

Can I visit your factory and production base?

Absolutely. We warmly welcome your visit. Our company is located in Beijing, China. You can tour our factory to see the whole production process of vibroflots from component processing to finished product assembly, as well as the modification of excavators and rotary piling rig. We have professional technical staff to provide guided tours and equipment operation demonstrations. Please contact our sales team in advance to schedule your visit.

How do I choose the right vibroflot model for my specific project?

We provide free professional technical consultation for model selection. Our engineers will recommend the most suitable model based on your project details, including geological conditions, pile diameter/depth, site environment and project scale. Our product range covers 30kW–300kW electric and hydraulic vibroflots, plus customized models. With 50 years of project experience, we ensure you get efficient and well-matched equipment.

Excavator Question

What makes BVEM excavators different from standard models?

We can provide excavators professionally modified to match vibroflotation construction conditions, with optimized hydraulic systems and reinforced mounting structures for direct vibroflot installation. If you only need standard unmodified excavators for regular engineering work, we can also fully meet your requirements.

What tonnages of excavators are available?

We supply a full range of excavator models covering complete weight classes, ranging from 1.7-ton mini excavators all the way up to 101-ton ultra-large mining excavators. Our lineup includes both crawler and wheeled types, fully adaptable to narrow municipal projects, landscaping, general construction, large infrastructure and open-pit mining operations of all scales.

Are your excavators priced competitively?

Absolutely. With 50 years of engineering construction experience, we purchase construction machinery from many brands including Sany, Caterpillar, Yuchai and so on. We have long-term strategic cooperation agreements with original manufacturers to offer direct factory prices, which are much more cost-effective than buying a single unit on your own.

What about the after-sales service for BVEM excavators?

You can enjoy the same official after-sales warranty as purchasing brand-new Caterpillar excavators directly. Global warranty service covers countries worldwide, so you have no worries about support no matter where your project is located.

Piling Rig Question

What makes BVEM Piling Rig different from standard models?

We supply piling rigs specially adapted and reinforced for vibroflotation construction, with optimized structure and interfaces to work perfectly with vibroflotation equipment. If you only need standard unmodified piling rigs for regular projects, we can also meet your needs.

What specifications of piling rigs do you have?

We offer a full lineup of piling rigs from small to large models, suitable for shallow, medium and deep hole construction as well as large pile foundation projects, matching all kinds of job site conditions.

Are your piling rigs priced competitively?

Absolutely competitive. With 50 years of construction experience, we purchase many piling rigs in bulk and have strategic cooperation with original manufacturers. We provide direct factory prices, much more cost-effective than buying a single unit privately.

What about the after-sales service for piling rigs?

You enjoy the same official after-sales service as purchasing brand-new original piling rigs directly. Global warranty support is available, so you have no worries no matter which country your project is in.

Sales Questions

What certifications do your products have?

All products hold authoritative international and domestic certifications: CE, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 internationally; 3C and Intellectual Property Management System certifications domestically. We are also a National “Little Giant” Enterprise, National High-Tech Enterprise and a drafter of national vibroflotation standards, ensuring reliable quality and compliance.

What is your typical lead time for standard equipment?

Standard products are in stock and can be shipped within 7 days after payment. The lead time for customized products will be confirmed separately, and you don’t need to worry about delivery. Our annual production capacity reaches 600 units with a stable supply chain, prioritizing global orders to avoid project delays.

Do you offer customized equipment solutions for special geological conditions?

Yes. We provide tailored solutions for special geological conditions. Our R&D team designs customized vibroflotation equipment for complex scenarios such as soft mud, deep gravel layers, offshore environments and extreme temperatures. We adapt equipment to meet unique project requirements with mature customized technology.

Can you provide other construction machinery besides vibroflots?

Absolutely. Beyond vibroflotation equipment manufacturing, we have 50 years of construction experience and long-term procurement of machinery from brands like Caterpillar, Sany and Yuchai, with strategic cooperation agreements in place. Leveraging our large-scale B2B procurement advantages, we can offer lower prices directly from Chinese factories. Purchasing from us is much cheaper than buying a single unit alone.
