Against the backdrop of the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy, the foundation project of a key port in Zhoushan sets strict requirements for power supply in terms of economy, stability, and environmental performance. With a total on-site equipment power of 600kW, the site requires 24/7 high-intensity continuous operation. Replacing the traditional 800kW diesel generator, the project adopts the WiseFox HP1000 hybrid generator. It achieves a 38% fuel saving even under high loads, greatly cutting operating costs for large construction enterprises and delivering remarkable annual cost reduction benefits.

The owner of this project is ALEC, and one P500 generator is used to construct a hybrid microgrid. The plan will reduce the original 24-hour operation of diesel generators to only 5-hour charging per day, and the daily fuel consumption will be reduced from 405.6 liters to 208.0 liters, with a fuel saving rate of 49%.
